Stage 1 – Green: Clamp load increase by 10%-15%.

Stage 2 – Yellow: Clamp load increase by 20%-30%.

Stage 3 – Red: Clamp load increase by 30%-45%.

Stage 4 – Red: Clamp load increase by 50%-65%.

Stage 5 – Red: Clamp Load Increase by 75%-100%.

Our pressure plates are designed to provide extended clutch life, with excellent clamping force and significant reduction in slippage. Our pressure plates are interchangeable with stock pressure plates without any shimming or modification required. We use a unique technology of changing diaphragm pressure angles, along with a three-stage heat-treating process, to boost torque capacity. As a result, there is a holding capacity increase ranging from 10% to 100%.

For applications that require even higher clamping force, we suggest using our exclusive Laser Cut diaphragms. These diaphragms are made of thicker spring steel than the stock diaphragms and offer a holding capacity anywhere from 100% to 250%.
